Oprah Winfrey

Oprah Winfrey (1954- ) influental talk show, author, philantrophonist, actress and media personality. Oprah Winfrey has played a key role in modern American life, shaping culturtal trends  and promoting various liberal causes. Through her talk show and books, she has focused on many issues facing American women. She has been an important role model for black  American women, breaking down many invisible barriers. Oprah was born in Kosciuko, Missisipi. Her parents were unmarried  and separated soon after conception. Oprah had a difficult childhood. She lived in great poverty and often had to dress in potato sacks for wich she was mocked at school and also sexually abused at an early age. From the age of 14, she went to live with her father. After her way trough college, she became interested in journalism and media and got her first job as a news anchor for a local TV station. She was transfered to an ailing daytime chat programme. The daily chat show take off and this later led to her own programme: The Oprah Winfrey Show

The first Valentine's cards were sent in the 18th century. Initially these were handmade efforts, as pre-made cards were not yet available. Lovers would decorate paper with romantic symbols including flowers and love knots, often including puzzles and lines of poetry. Those who were less inspired could buy volumes that offered guidance on selecting the appropriate words and images to woo their lover. These cards were then slipped secretly under a door, or tied to a door-knocker. It was in Georgian Britain that pre-printed cards first began to appear, thought these were eventually to become.

Harry Styles inspires me

I want to introduce one of the persons that inspires me the most:


Harry Styles



















He's a British singer and actor, who was born on 1st February 1994.


Harry started his musical career in the boyband One Direction that was put together on the British X factor in 2010. They became pretty successful and popular all over the world. In early 2016 they started a hiatus from which they haven't come back again so far.


In 2017 Harry had both his debut as solo musician and actor. His self titled debut album came out in May and he played a role in Christopher Nolan's movie "Dunkirk" that premiered in July.


There are lots of things about Harry that inspire me.








Pride Flags






Starting at One Direction concerts with rainbow flags, he's now waving pride flags at almost all of his solo concerts. Now he isn't only waving the rainbow flag anymore, he waved a trans flag and a bisexual flag too. He's always full of support for his fans who are part of the lgbt+ community.











Long hair






Harry let his hair grow during One Direction. When he cut it in 2016 it was quite a shock for a lot of fans.


Harry has chosen to give his/her hair to the association Little Princess Trust that, from years, it deals him with to create some synthetic wigs to hoc for the sick children of the United Kingdom of crab.
